Refund policy

For Physical Products that Ship:

At MomminFromScratch, we stand behind the quality of our 60-Day Prayer Journal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Reasons for return:

• The product does not meet your expectations
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, please contact me at elizebethgidley@momminfromscratch.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We hope you enjoy your 60-Day Prayer Journal, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

 

For Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds on them.
